In 2008, Linwood Campaign Services, LLC Senior Partner Ryan Fissel ran Marian Harris' successful campaign for the Ohio Statehouse in the 19th district.  This race was considered the political upset of the year in Ohio politics because of the strong Republican tilt in the district.
